6. How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing by July 1, 2008 will receive a 100% refund of monies paid, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received in writing after July 1, 2008 will not receive a refund. All approved refunds will be issued at the close of TS2 2008.
7. When will I receive my badge?
All registrations will receive an email confirmation summarizing the registration package and any seminars selected. Registrations received by July 7, 2008 will receive a badge in the mail. Registrations received after July 7, 2008 will be required to pick up a badge onsite.

CONFERENCE
1. What is the conference schedule?

2. What sessions are being offered at TS2?
The conference schedule at http://ts2show.com/attendees/ts2-conference-sessions.html will list all sessions being offered once they've been finalized.
3. What is the cost to attend the conference?

4. When is the opening session? Who is the keynote?

5. Are badges required for admittance to the conference sessions?
Yes.
6. Do conference attendees need to pick their sessions during registration, or can they just show up for any session onsite?
Conference registrants have the option of selecting sessions. Session selection in advance is optional. You may select the sessions you plan to attend through the online registration system. You may change your session at any time by contacting customer service at 508-743-8513 or using your myTS² attendee portal to develop your complete event plan, including your selected sessions. Note that you cannot update your sessions through the online registration system once you have completed the registration. You may show up on-site to a different session than was selected during either the registration process or using your myTS² attendee portal.
7. How do I get my session handouts?
As part of our green effort, we are going all electronic for handouts. This means that handouts will not be copied this year. They will be posted online for attendees to review and print before the conference and bring to the session with them.
